Hi! Here's a practice you might do before bedtime or if you're just feeling a little stressed and need to chill. There is some breath work at the beginning and end, which you can certainly skip if you're not feeling it (although I would argue it is probably the best part...)
This is a Yin/Yang hip opening sequence. Could be used to cool down after a standing vinyasa sequence or on its own. Also could be made into a more Yin practice by pausing the video to hold poses longer.
This is a short standing Vinyasa sequence, which includes Warrior I and Pyramid pose.
This is a Vinyasa warm up sequence or a stand-alone short basic flow
