Vinyasa Flow Moderate
In this inspiring class, you will bring into union your mind, body, and spirit while building strength, increasing flexibility, and releasing some stress.
Through synchronization of breath and movement this flowing class will help you to feel open and energized.
An appropriate class for most, the supportive environment makes it an enjoyable way to work yoga into your life. If you have never practiced yoga before this class should be accessible, but due to the flowing aspect of the class there is little time for one-on-one instruction.

Some Yoga experience suggested. This class is similar to the Vinyasa Flow Moderate class but will also involve more intense and challenging postures and possibly longer holds.

Vinyasa Basics
Start where you are.. Here you will be introduced to various Sun Salutations and other sequences of poses. We will also spend time getting to know our breath and learn how to use it to deepen our practice. This is a great practice for beginners but is great for anyone interested in practicing the fundamentals

Foundational Flow
Foundational flow is a middle ground between basic yoga and vinyasa flow. These classes are still very instructional to enhance the understanding of the asana and pranayama. In addition, begin to explore your connecting vinyasa and variations of more advanced postures. Accessible to all regardless of yoga experience.

Yin Yoga
Sometimes referred to as the other half of yoga, Yin yoga is the perfect
complement to your more energetic or “yang” practice. Even if you don’t currently practice yoga regularly, Yin yoga is a natural balance for any muscular and/or cardiovascular activity such as weightlifting, running, dancing, etc.
Yin yoga goes deeper than the more superficial musculature and brings suppleness to the connective tissues, joints, and even bones. By stimulating the flow of chi or energy through the meridian channels of the body, while nourishing the natural range of motion of the joints, Yin yoga will reconnect your physical body to your energy body through awareness of the breath.
In this quiet class we will explore the profound energetic, emotional and physical aspects of yoga through stillness and surrender. We will marry meditation and asana by holding postures for two to ten minutes each while cultivating mindfulness. We will find the balance between effort and ease in order to open and invigorate our bodies, minds and spirits.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a slow-paced class that is designed to allow complete relaxation of the body and surrender of the mind. In this calming class, we will begin with some gentle movement to warm up the muscles and bring suppleness to the body. We will then transition into holding poses that are supported by props, and end with yoga nidra. It is said that 20 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to one hour of sleep. By the end of this class you will feel completely relaxed and renewed

We will spend time understanding individual postures, and learning how to use those postures to understand ourselves a little better. We will start where we are, regardless of our experience, and immerse ourselves in this new moment - Right now, here, today...
