A slow-paced class that focuses on the meditative aspect of yoga to strengthen the connection of the mind and body. This class will guide you to complete relaxation and surrender of the mind through the practice of Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and restorative poses with the optional use of props*. You'll leave class feeling relaxed, renewed, and rejuvenated. *If you plan to use any soft props such as bolsters or blankets, please bring a towel or two to cover.

There will be opportunities to challenge yourself, but also plenty of suggestions for modifications. Come celebrate our community while invigorating your body and soul.
Power Yoga is a Vinyasa style flow with a focus on core strength and control. Our core is our center & provides our stability throughout every movement both in a high intensity workout or a slow Vinyasa flow. Power Yoga will strengthen your core to improve your overall practice as well as encourage “meditation through movement”: Challenging sequencing will demand your full focus & encourage mindfulness in every movement, giving your mind a reprieve from any outside thoughts or distractions.
Sculpt is a high-intensity, low-impact style fitness class that incorporates fundamental yoga poses with challenging exercises to give you a workout that strengthens your body and mind. Following a vinyasa-style sequencing, you’ll flow through one exercise to the next at a pace that allows you time to find your challenge while staying engaged and energized throughout. Each class is taught with options for additional challenges or modifications to meet you where you’re at, whatever your fitness background.
