​Yoga for Runners
Yoga is a natural complement to running.  Bringing balance to the mind and body through strengthening and stretching is a necessary part of any running routine.


Join us for any of our regularly scheduled Yin or Vinyasa classes, check out one of our Let Your Yoga Dance events, or join up with Frontrunners RI.
​And when you need a little relief and want to pamper yourself, schedule a Thai Yoga Bodywork or Assisted Stretching session to ease your body, mind and soul.
